Future in Their Hands
IT Skills for a Brighter Future
Future in Their Hands is a project dedicated to empowering vulnerable children by providing them with access to IT education and digital skills.
Many children in rural and disadvantaged communities have limited access to computers and digital learning opportunities. Through this project, we aim to bridge the digital gap and give children the knowledge and confidence they need to participate in an increasingly digital world.
The children receive practical training in computer basics, Microsoft Office, internet skills, digital communication, online safety, and other essential IT skills. These skills can support their education, future employment opportunities, and personal development.
Our vision is to ensure that a child's background or financial situation does not limit their future.
"Give a child the right skills today, and you give them the power to shape their own future."
Ongoing Project · Community & Life Skills
Our Resettlement Project
Our Resettlement Project supports vulnerable children and families living in rural and resettlement communities across Sri Lanka. The project aims to create better opportunities for children who face economic, educational, and social challenges.
Through education, life-skills development, digital literacy, leadership activities, and community-based support, we help children build confidence, develop essential skills, and create a brighter future.
We work closely with local communities, schools, volunteers, and partners to identify children who need support most and provide them with opportunities to learn, grow, and reach their full potential.
Our goal is simple: to empower vulnerable children today so they can become confident, capable, and active members of their communities tomorrow.

English Through Play
Building Language Skills from Kindergarten
Our English Through Play project supports young children from Kindergarten by creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where they can develop basic English language skills through play and creative activities.
We believe children learn languages best when they are encouraged to listen, speak, play, explore, and interact. Instead of relying only on traditional classroom methods, the project uses age-appropriate activities that make learning English enjoyable and meaningful.
Through songs, games, storytelling, picture cards, group activities, and simple conversations, children begin to build confidence with English in a natural and child-friendly way.
The goal is to help young learners enjoy language from the beginning, while strengthening their communication, confidence, curiosity, and social interaction.
